I do some stock trading and have a couple accounts in different places. One place that I have an account is Scottrade, and if they were to follow through with what their website reads, I would open up more accounts there. The problem appears to be a mathematical one, which I would love to cash in on.

In one of my accounts I just play with penny stock, which is a must have. If you don’t yet have a penny stock account, you must get one. It’s like playing the lotto but you have a better chance of making money. So, with my little gamble I thought that one day I might turn a penny into two pennies or maybe three.. never, ever, did I expect to see a gain in my account of such a monumental amount though.

I’ve traded small stocks that have doubled, but when you are working with a penny stock (or fractions of a penny) it doesn’t seem to make a big difference in the overall scheme of life. Once in a while a stock will double, but it’s usually a quick and violent move that has an equal reaction.

Some of the stocks I trade in my penny account are actually around a dollar, while some are $.0001 per share. That’s one of the stocks that seems to have a mathematical error in the value computation. The stock of which I own 9,000,000 shares should have a value of around $900.00, not nearly the almost $3 million dollars that it is.

Should I call Scottrade and try to cash out?
